The emergence of a cooperative approach to commercial relations is now urgently needed. The LAB is already developing new initiatives to support manufacturers and distributors who choose to “reinvent their commercial relationships.”

Following the government mission on reforming the legal framework for commercial relations and negotiations, the LAB’ Accords d’Avenir will serve as a platform for discussion and proposals, aimed at promoting the emergence of new guiding principles and a renewed approach to commercial relations that creates value. The LAB will share the results of its work with all stakeholders—surveys, strategic insights, and legal expertise included.

The LAB regularly brings together manufacturers and distributors (including executive, commercial, procurement and legal teams), as well as academics, legislators, and journalists, in a constructive and collegial atmosphere — much like the spirit that prevailed at its inauguration in November 2022.
